Taking a life is much more severe than having unwanted sex with someone. I partly agree if the rape was violent and followed by a beating. Then the criminal should be in jail for a long time. But if the rapist was gentle and restrained the receiver without any harm inflicted I would place the crime in the area of a robbery. Sure it's a minor inconvenience but if no harm came out of it the person should do the time that fits the crime. 2 years probation sounds fair.

What does this financial aid application priority date at UF means?

I applied to UF late January and was accepted April 2nd. I had filed FAFSA January fourth and in ISIS says that the university got it Jan. 20th. Are These cysts on my breast?

For about the last three years I've had pimple like bumps along my breast, and the area between my breast. They do not cause me pain, but me thinking I could get rid of them tried to pop them. Didn't work entirely. Some white discharge came out of 1 along with what seemed like a batch of hairs. And there are three along the side of my right breast that go in a straight line that were really tiny and inactive, staying the same size for over a year and then increasing to about pea size and the suddenly darkening the deflating. One Is comepletly gone with the only evidence of it being there is the discoloration. well Not really. Its there, but its flat. Which is how they started I think. I don't think they are tumors, They aren't that deep into the skin, not even 2 inches. Then Again wouldn't know the typical symptoms of tumors. I would ask my doctor about it, but i believe shes incompetent, plus I really don't feel comfortable exposing myself to anyone... Most of them, whatever they are, don't seem to have heads, and Like I said. They've been there for a really long time. On a side note, i've recently noticed I'm developing small lumps along my spine, also not painful. nor are the round. But they are flat. I'm sure its not related, but just a side note. Don't feel very metal anymore?

I like to think that I've been a pretty devoted metalhead for the last 4 or 5 years, but lately I feel so bored. I used to listen to death, thrash, and a bit of black metal for hours a day, but I just don't feel it anymore. Okay so I found a limp on my breast that started out small, under my nipple. I am make if that matters. Now it feels like it got bigger, and it goes mobile if I manipulate it... Why do i get the chill bumps only on spots of my legs?

So for the past week I've getting this weird tingling sensation in my legs it happens randomly and it doent feel like regular chill bumps and its been like 90+ degrees outside so I don't understand why I'm getting them in the first place. It doesn't cover my whole legs, but it happens only in my legs, its just scattered randon batches that last for a minute then disappear its the strangest feeling. And it happens several times thru out the day. What could this be? My boyfriend also thinks its very odd said he'd never seen someone get the chill bunps I just spots in 90 degree weather and says he can see the discomfort in my face when it happens. IPad camera connection kit not working?

I just bought an iPad camera connection kit for my iPad 2. I cannot transfer jpeg photos of scanned 35mm negatives from a Sandisk 4gb SD card. I scanned my negatives using a brand new Canon scanner/printer machine I just bought. I ran into that problem the first day I bought the iPad camera kit. After doing some research online, I managed to get my photos to transfer by changing the filenames of the photos to less than 8 characters. The next day, I tried the same thing with a new batch of photos, but none are able to transfer. I just get a message saying there are no photos to import whenever I insert the SD card. I have the DCIM folder and all my photos are jpeg. I returned the camera connection kit and got a new one. I am still having the exact same problems. The funny thing is, when I use that same SD card on my digital camera, my Ipad recognizes the pics I took with that camera and is able to transfer them without a problem! I am using an iMac. My iPad has the latest software installed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Last bad fall I had was back in November. I do Civil War Reenacting and we were charging down a hill. Where I was at there was brush at the bottom but to either side there was just dirt. Well there was a small ditch there. Horse didn't see it til last minute and he tried to make the save, but he went down, flipped over on me. I barely managed to get my feet out of the stirrups as he tried to get up with me under him again. Luckily he managed not to step on me and I came out relatively okay except for a bad pinched nerve, no feeling in my legs for a few days and completely sore. Few days of muscle relaxers and pain killers and I was okay for the most part.

Computer Stutters????????

Basically this started about a week ago. I was installing this whole batch of windows updates and it finished and told me to restart my computer to finish installing them. However I was in a game of Starcraft 2 so I waited to restart. Well I forgot to restart it and about an hour later the audio would stutter then basically my mouse and video. (Basically the computer) So I restarted it to finish installing the updates. Well it is still doing the stutter. I thought it was skype at first because whenever I click call or send a message it would happen 1/10 times. It is happening now just having a song in the background. Maybe every hour or so it will happen. It lasts about 2 seconds then goes back to normal. I have updated all my drivers and checked for viruses with multiple scanners and there are none. Anybody know how to fix this stutter?

hi again. first thing i'd check is to see if you have write access to the destination. Try creating a file manually there. If that works I'd check to see if there's enough disk space there. If there's enough disk space, make sure the files aren't flagged as "read-only" (check properties).

Hugs alone are not considered flirting to me. Especially if its just a girl I know well and talk a lot with. In your case though if the hugs last as long as you say or think they do then maybe you have something going for you. What is wrong with our refrigerator?

We have a Maytag model RTD1900DAB refrigerator (which I believe was manufactured in 1994) which has a freezer at the top with an ice maker inside. We have had frequent issues with the ice maker inside the freezer but very few with the freezer or refrigerator themselves. On a regular basis, the ice created by the ice maker will freeze into one large block; we will then pull the ice box out, melt the ice out and melt the ice frozen inside the tube which pours the water into the ice maker which then fixes the problem. Last night, we discovered that the refrigerator was very warm. We pulled the bottom vent off and vacuumed the dust and dog hair out from underneath the refrigerator, closed it back up, then gently pulled the refrigerator out and vacuumed behind it removing the dust and dog hair there as well. We pushed the refrigerator back and were careful to make sure the cords were still plugged in and in tact. We also noticed at this time the ice was frozen in a solid chunk, so we melted it and cleaned that part of the freezer as we usually do. The freezer was still very cold like it should be (still is this morning too), but no change in the refrigerator temperature. In addition, we noticed that only one batch of about six ice cubes was made overnight (which isn't normal). This morning, I noticed that a lot of water is dripping inside the refrigerator now. What could be going on? I can't imagine it's the seal on the refrigerator or freezer door, because it's a sudden problem that's come up. I'm only a 24 year old woman so I don't know how to open the compartments up and check any of the coils. I don't know how this particular refrigerator works but it seems to me that the problem could be with the freezer needing to be defrosted as there is a light frosty deposit on the back interior of the freezer too. Please help! My mother has said that she will probably invest in a new refrigerator soon since this one is so old, but in the meantime are there any quick fixes for this refrigerator?

Hey you had emailed me looking for help and to answer your question: No it does not count against your data plan. When using WiFi the data that is being streamed is done over the WiFi connection's service provider. Only data streamed over 3G or 4G connection will count against it. Also, sometimes they will count downloads of apps or other services towards the data plan so be careful for that.

Stinky pickles - what the hell is that spice?

One of my favourite restaurants changed their pickles in the last few months. I like pickles - kosher, garlic, bread/butter, spicy, etc. But these pickles are...awful. Shape/colourwise, they are sliced lengthwise, translucent, light green, not crispy. But there's a spice in there that is just...nasty. Like sweat and bile mixed together. They are horribly pungent. The smell lingers in your nose. I picked it off my burger a couple of times, and the smell/taste lingers on the burger, and also on my fingers (even after multiple washings). I had thought maybe it was a bad batch, but they are still serving them, and I honestly think they are supposed to be that way. I now tell them "NO pickle", but I am just dying to know what the heck kind of pickles these are, and what that spice/flavour is. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks!

My Blu Ray Player stopped playing DVD+Rs HELP!?

My Blu Ray player, for some reason, stopped playing DVD+Rs. It plays DVDs and Blu-Rays okay, and other DVD+Rs I've burned in the past, but this batch of DVD+Rs it just doesn't play well if at all. It just started with this latest batch of DVD+Rs, some will skip or freeze, some will say that there's a disc error and it won't play at all but it plays just fine on my two computers and DVD player. Does it take longer for a person who's cut themselves (on purpose but doesn't lose a lot of blood) to deep to get out of the hospital (because suicidal reasons)? Dog thinks her toy is a baby?

I took my 3 year old chihuahua to visit family last week. She was spayed at 6 months old, and never had a litter of puppies. Anyways, my parent's dog had a litter of pups (the pups are 2 weeks old). We spent a couple of days there, and Isis (my chihuahua) kept trying to get into the whelping box to see the pups. Not receiving my water bills because of a wrongly/illegally installed water meter(NY)?

My friend owns a laundromat that is attached to a restaurant(meaning that it has the same address as the restaurant because it used to be part of the building). It used to have one water meter but now that it is split into a restaurant and laundromat, a second meter was installed to the laundromat. However, it has been a year and my friend that owns that laundromat hasn't received any bills while the restaurant has received its bills as usual. The suspicion is that the water meter was wrongly installed or wasn't registered. What should my friend do? He obviously doesn't want to continue his business and get into legal issues. I used to have a GSD and I got quite a few bad looks, people would cross the street when we would walk toward someone on the same sidewalk, some people would push their children aside so they wouldn't walk close to him. One time when I took him to the park (not a dog off leash park) my dog was on leash and a beagle that was off leash came and charged at him, attempted to bite my dog in the nose and neck and when my dog snapped back in defense the lady said ''why would you bring that disgusting mean dog to a park, he tried to kill my dog!'' Funny thing is her dog was off leashed and attempted to attack my dog. This GSD lived with my current 10lb Chihuahua and never touched her and was over protective of her. But does it matter that he never attacked a dog? Nope because he was evil and sent from hell :) One person even asked me why I would own a GSD dog and that I was a bad owner for getting one with a Chihuahua. I plan on getting a GSD again in the future. Then again people judge my Chihuahua saying she's most likely dumb and yappy when she is super quiet, smart, and well behaved more than most the dogs I've met.

Why are my cookies coming out think and crispy?

So, I've used this recipe in the past, and it worked out really well, the best cookies I've ever made, but I made them tonight (for a church function no less) and they're coming out terribly! They're hard, crispy and thin. I tried not to beat the batter too much, and only cooked them for about 6-7 minutes (they're crispy on the outside, and not done at all on the inside) The only difference I can think of is that I'm making two batches at a time, and using a different kind of butter (I'm using margarine, cause it was the only kind I had at the time) Can someone please tell me what went wrong, and can I save my cookies??!!
