Weighted Average - %s don't equal 100% ?

I am given 5 weighted score categories (3, 2, 2, 5, and 3). I figured I will convert them to percents so (30%, 20%, 20%, 50%, and 30%). They add up to 150%, not 100%. What do I do about this? Thanks.
