Not to be offensive, but transgender people don't really fit into the "born this way" category right?

They spend a lot of money just so they can be happy with thier body, instead of just being happy with thier body. I just don't understand why it would make a difference, honestly I don't think I would give a crap if I was born with a v instead of a p, this has got to be something completely different from GL&B right?
