What Should She Do In This Case?

Ok so my aunt has been caught up into something & is actually on her way to jail because the judge is talking about 5-7 years of jail time...... My aunt is planing on to ump bail & not do the 5-7 years of jail time because it doesn't make any sense whats so ever! my aunt was born in guyana & she isn't an american citizen so when she do the 5-7 years of jail time shes going straight to Jamaica so what sense does that make? she might as well just leave on her own correct? btw if she jump bail shes going to loose the $20,000 that was set for her bail.... btw idk what category to place this in!
