Batch Programming help!?!?

Long story short.... I need a little help making a program that: Opens up a website, Uses the Control-A Command (highlight the entire webpage), Saves the web page into an html document and then opens that html document..... im just stuck on the... control a command and the saving the webpage... help!!!!
