I know what my family/friends think. What do YOU think? 10 points to most detailed answer?

Out of all of these I think I would go with the unisex Dallas. I love unisex names!! I actually really love the name Austyn for a girl. My husband and I have a CJ (girl) who is actually a Cathryn Jane but we didn't want her to be called something quite as girly as Cathryn,Kate, Katie, ect. I'd go with the unisex! Aspen is a good unissex name too... very cute!
