My Cat Keeps Meowing,Staring,And Following Me?

Okay. So my Cat Isis Keeps Meowing,Staring,And Following Me. I just putt her in my grandmas room right now because it was starting to annoy me while I was doing work. Well, Now i think shes trying to come out and back to me. But, Why is she doing all these weird things? She never has before. Whenever shes in heat its long and loud meows.....Not short and barely any noise meows. I Dont think shes sick, Cuz i just took her to the vet.
