How long should I keep my female rat out of the main cage?

My baby Athena is getting ready to give birth so i transferred her to a separate cage from my other female so she would not be disturbed by my other very curious baby. Now Isis (the other female) seems worried and lonely. How long until i can put them back in the same cage?
