Do religions eventually become "out of date"?

Probably the oldest Religion in the world is the Native Creator Spirit beliefs and when you change Spirit to Energy/Love you have the knowledge of the Universe. But this knowledge of Creator was nearly exterminated by the Catholic Church when they forced their beliefs on the world. All of these religion are started by some one having A Mystic Spiritual experience that reveals some of the Spiritual truths, but when their truths are turned into an organized religion the truth is twisted and turned until it is no longer valid and is just a tool of the religion to control the masses. In the end only the truth will remain, Spirit=energy=Love=knowledge that we are all one with the Creator Spirit!
